The Loss Prevention Supervisor oversees hotel security, guest and employee safety, emergency response, incident investigations, access control, CCTV monitoring, and loss-prevention procedures. Candidates typically need relevant security or hospitality experience, supervisory ability, good communication skills, sound judgment, and knowledge of local safety and emergency regulations. First-aid, fire-safety, or security training is advantageous.
