Job Description

The HR Supervisor supports daily human resources operations at Delta Hotels City Center Doha, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, attendance, benefits administration, policy guidance and colleague relations. Candidates are generally expected to have a degree or diploma in human resources, business administration or a related field, along with previous hotel or hospitality HR experience. Strong knowledge of Qatar labor practices, confidentiality, communication and organizational skills is important. The role requires a professional, approachable and service-focused attitude, accurate administration, and the ability to work effectively with department managers and employees in a multicultural environment. Familiarity with HR systems and Marriott policies would be advantageous.
