Job Description

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily food and beverage operations at Marriott Marquis City Center Doha. Requirements typically include previous supervisory experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant, strong knowledge of service standards, food safety, cash handling, and staff scheduling. Good English communication, leadership, organization, and customer-service skills are expected; Arabic or other languages may be advantageous. The successful candidate will supervise colleagues, maintain service quality, handle guest concerns, coordinate with kitchen and other departments, monitor stock and costs, and help achieve revenue and satisfaction targets.
