Job Description

The Commis II supports the kitchen team with food preparation, basic cooking, ingredient portioning, plating, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Candidates should have culinary training or relevant kitchen experience, a good understanding of food hygiene and safe handling practices, and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. The role requires teamwork, reliability, physical stamina, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to maintain Marriott service standards, work efficiently during busy periods, minimize waste, and communicate professionally with supervisors and colleagues.
