The Data Integration Specialist is expected to design, develop, and support data integration processes that connect business systems and enable reliable reporting and analytics. Typical requirements include a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field; experience with ETL tools, SQL, databases, APIs, and data warehousing; and familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Candidates should be capable of mapping data, troubleshooting integration issues, documenting technical solutions, and working with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders. Strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and an understanding of data quality, security, and governance are important. Experience in consulting or large enterprise environments is an advantage.
