Company Info

EY, formerly Ernst & Young, is a global professional services organization providing assurance, tax, consulting and strategy and transactions services. Its teams work with businesses, governments and institutions on financial reporting, risk management, digital transformation, technology, sustainability and organizational change. EY operates across many countries and industries, combining local market knowledge with international expertise. In the Philippines, EY has significant operations in Metro Manila, including business support and Global Delivery Services teams that serve clients and EY practices worldwide. This position sits within EY's CBS, or Core Business Services, organization, supporting the firm's internal brand and marketing activities rather than directly delivering client consulting engagements.

Destination Guide

The Philippines offers marketing, shared-services, technology, finance, BPO and professional-services opportunities, especially in Metro Manila, Cebu and other major cities. Manila and Taguig provide the broadest corporate job market, while Cebu offers a growing business and technology community and a more relaxed lifestyle. Filipino culture is generally warm, family-oriented and English-friendly, with strong hospitality, diverse regional traditions and excellent food. Living costs vary, but housing and transportation are usually more affordable than in major Western cities; traffic can be challenging in Manila. Foreign nationals normally need an employer-sponsored work visa or permit, while short visits may be covered by visa-free entry depending on nationality. Relocating workers should confirm requirements with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration, arrange employment documentation, healthcare and housing, and consider weather, commuting and proximity to airports. The country has beautiful beaches, mountains and islands for weekend travel.
