Job Description

The Endpoint Infrastructure Patching & Vulnerability Management Administrator is responsible for maintaining the security and stability of EY’s endpoint environment in the Philippines. Requirements typically include a degree or equivalent experience in information technology, systems administration, or cybersecurity; hands-on knowledge of Windows endpoints, patch-management tools, vulnerability scanners, remediation processes, and IT service-management practices; and the ability to interpret security findings and produce accurate reports. The successful candidate is expected to deploy patches, track vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation with infrastructure teams, investigate failed updates, support audits, and follow change-control and security procedures. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are important. Relevant certifications such as Security+, Microsoft, ITIL, or equivalent credentials may be advantageous.
