The Transaction Diligence Manager supports clients and deal teams by assessing financial performance, quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, cash flow, risks and potential deal adjustments. Requirements typically include a degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related discipline, professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or equivalent, and several years of transaction services, audit or corporate finance experience. Strong analytical, report-writing and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work confidently with senior stakeholders. The successful candidate is expected to lead diligence workstreams, supervise junior staff, interpret complex financial information, identify commercial issues and contribute to business development. Experience in financial modelling, M&A and advising private equity or corporate clients is advantageous.
