Job Description

The Project Manager - BPO role is expected to lead business process outsourcing projects from planning through implementation and continuous improvement. Requirements typically include a degree in business, operations, technology, or a related field; several years of project or BPO management experience; strong stakeholder, communication, budgeting, and risk-management skills; and proficiency with project management tools and reporting. Candidates should be organized, commercially aware, customer-focused, and comfortable coordinating multinational teams. Experience with process transformation, service-level agreements, change management, and Lean or Six Sigma methods would be advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality and performance standards.
