Job Description

The Customer Service Administrator supports customers and operational teams by handling enquiries, processing orders, updating records, preparing reports and resolving service issues promptly. The role typically requires strong written and verbal communication, good organisation, attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office and customer or logistics systems.
