Job Description

This role develops consulting-based sales opportunities with Rakuten business partners, identifying their needs and proposing services, campaigns, and solutions that support mutual growth. Candidates are expected to manage the full sales cycle, build long-term relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to revenue targets. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills are important. Experience in B2B sales, account management, consulting, advertising, e-commerce, or digital services is likely valued. The successful candidate should be commercially minded, adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment, and capable of communicating effectively in Japanese and English.
