Job Description

This role supports product sales strategy and operational improvement across Rakuten Mobile shops. Responsibilities may include developing sales plans, monitoring shop performance and KPIs, analyzing customer and product trends, coordinating promotions, and working with area supervisors and shop teams to improve results. Candidates should have experience in sales planning, retail operations, marketing, telecommunications, or a related field, along with strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
