This role designs test plans, scenarios, and cases for business systems and coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT) within Rakuten’s Corporate Business Operations Department. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, identifying business risks, validating system functionality, recording defects, working with developers and business stakeholders, and supporting release decisions. Candidates are expected to have experience in software testing, UAT, quality assurance, or business analysis, with strong documentation and communication skills. Knowledge of test management tools, SDLC processes, and defect-tracking practices is valuable.
