Job Description

The Front Office All Rounder supports smooth guest arrivals, departures and stays across reception, reservations, concierge and guest services. Requirements typically include previous hotel or customer-service experience, strong communication skills, professional presentation, computer literacy and availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera is useful. The successful candidate is expected to deliver warm, efficient service, handle requests and complaints confidently, process payments accurately, maintain guest records and work cooperatively with other departments.
