Job Description

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager supports the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining guest rooms, public areas, cleanliness standards, and efficient daily operations. Requirements typically include hospitality experience, preferably in housekeeping or hotel operations, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate staff. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures, inspections, inventory control, health and safety standards, and relevant systems is expected. The candidate should be service-minded, reliable, physically active, and comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Good communication skills in Indonesian and practical English are beneficial. The role also requires effective coordination with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and consistent Accor quality standards.
