The Guest Experience Supervisor oversees guest relations and ensures visitors receive warm, efficient, and personalized service throughout their stay. Responsibilities typically include handling feedback and requests, coordinating with Front Office and other departments, supporting VIP arrivals, resolving service issues, monitoring guest satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should have hospitality experience, preferably in guest relations or front office operations, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a professional, service-focused attitude. Fluency in English is generally expected; Indonesian language skills and knowledge of resort operations are advantageous.
