The Assistant Housekeeping Manager supports the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, hygiene, and guest service throughout the hotel. Requirements typically include previous housekeeping supervisory experience in a luxury or upscale hotel, strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and hotel standards, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidence leading a diverse team. The successful candidate is expected to inspect rooms and public areas, coordinate daily assignments, monitor supplies and equipment, respond promptly to guest requests, train colleagues, manage quality checks, and work closely with Front Office and Engineering.
