The Demi Chef de Partie supports the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to recipe and presentation standards, maintaining an organised workstation, and assisting with service across relevant sections. Candidates should have commercial kitchen experience, sound food-safety knowledge, good knife skills, and the ability to follow recipes and portion controls. A culinary qualification is helpful but may not be essential.
