Job Description

The Guest Experience Executive is responsible for creating welcoming, memorable stays for guests at Mercure Kuala Lumpur Shaw Parade. Requirements typically include hospitality or customer-service experience, strong communication skills, professional presentation, and confidence handling guest requests, feedback, and service recovery. Familiarity with hotel operations, local attractions, and property-management systems is advantageous. Fluency in English is generally expected, while additional languages are beneficial.
