Job Description

The Cook prepares fresh, high-quality meals for guests using approved recipes, kitchen standards and food-safety procedures. Typical requirements include commercial cookery experience, a relevant qualification or practical training, knowledge of food hygiene, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen. The candidate should be comfortable with food preparation, cooking, plating, stock rotation, cleaning and maintaining a safe workstation. Flexibility is important, as airport lounges operate across early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. The role also requires teamwork, reliability, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm during busy service periods. A positive attitude and commitment to Accor’s hospitality standards are expected.
