Job Description

The Front Office Manager oversees reception, reservations coordination, guest services, concierge activities, and the arrival and departure experience. Candidates are generally expected to have several years of front office or hotel operations experience, preferably in an upscale or international resort. Strong English communication, leadership, problem-solving, guest-recovery, and property-management-system skills are important. Knowledge of Indonesian and experience with Accor standards would be advantageous. The successful candidate should be service-oriented, commercially aware, well organised, and comfortable coaching a multicultural team while maintaining high standards, accurate procedures, and excellent guest satisfaction.
