Job Description

This internship supports the Guest Service and Front Office team at Novotel Sharjah Expo Centre. Typical responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, handling enquiries, providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions, processing requests, and coordinating with other departments. Candidates are generally expected to be enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality, tourism, or business program. Good communication skills, a professional appearance, basic computer knowledge, customer-service enthusiasm, and a willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays are important. English is usually required; Arabic or additional languages are advantageous.
