Job Description

This internship supports the hotel’s food and beverage operations, which may include restaurant, bar, breakfast, banqueting and guest service. Candidates should be enrolled in, or recently have completed, hospitality, tourism or a related programme. Good communication skills, a professional appearance, teamwork, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in guest service are expected. Previous hospitality experience is helpful but may not be essential. The role generally requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, along with basic English; Spanish or another language is advantageous. Interns should be reliable, willing to learn, attentive to detail and comfortable working in a busy international hotel environment.
