Job Description

The CRM Intern supports customer relationship and marketing activities for VeryChic, helping manage email campaigns, customer segmentation, database quality, promotional communications and campaign performance reporting. Candidates should be studying marketing, business, communications or a related subject and have strong organisational and analytical skills. Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, Excel and digital marketing is useful. Fluency in English is generally expected, while Spanish, French or other European languages may be advantageous. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, commercially aware, comfortable working with data and able to collaborate with international teams. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and interest in travel, hospitality and customer experience are important.
