Job Description

This part-time role involves cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas and other hotel facilities to MGallery and Accor standards. Duties may include making beds, replacing linen, replenishing amenities, removing rubbish, reporting maintenance issues and respecting guest privacy. Candidates should be reliable, physically fit, detail-focused and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Previous hotel or cleaning experience is helpful but may not be essential. The successful applicant is expected to provide friendly, discreet service, follow health and safety procedures, work efficiently to deadlines and maintain a professional appearance.
