Job Description

The Director of Food & Beverage – Outlets leads the dining operations at Raffles Doha, overseeing restaurants, bars and related guest experiences. The role typically requires extensive luxury-hospitality experience, strong knowledge of outlet operations, budgeting, cost control, revenue management and service standards. Candidates should have proven leadership experience in a senior food-and-beverage position, excellent communication skills and the ability to coach multicultural teams. Expectations include delivering consistently high service, achieving financial targets, managing staffing and performance, maintaining food-safety and brand standards, and developing innovative dining concepts. Experience with pre-opening operations, luxury international hotels and knowledge of local regulations would be highly valued.
