Job Description

The Cost Controller supports accurate food, beverage, and operational cost management at Mama Shelter Dubai. Requirements typically include hotel finance experience, knowledge of purchasing and inventory procedures, proficiency in Excel and accounting or hotel-management systems, strong numerical ability, and good English communication. The successful candidate is expected to monitor expenses, verify invoices and deliveries, conduct stock counts, investigate variances, prepare cost reports, and work closely with kitchen, restaurant, purchasing, and finance teams. Attention to detail, integrity, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines in a lively hospitality environment are essential. Experience with hotel cost-control software and knowledge of UAE regulations would be advantageous.
