This six-month internship supports the Food and Beverage team across restaurant, bar, banquet and room-service operations. Candidates are generally expected to be enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality, tourism or related program, with a genuine interest in guest service. Good communication skills, a professional appearance, teamwork, reliability and a positive attitude are important. Duties may include welcoming guests, taking and serving orders, setting and clearing tables, maintaining service standards, assisting with events and following food-safety and hygiene procedures. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is expected. Previous hospitality experience is helpful but may not be essential. The successful intern should be eager to learn, guest-focused and able to work effectively in a busy international hotel.
