Job Description

The Porter supports guests throughout their arrival and departure, handling luggage, opening doors, arranging taxis, providing directions and sharing information about hotel services and Auckland attractions. The role typically requires strong communication skills, a warm and professional manner, physical fitness, attention to detail and availability for shifts, including weekends and public holidays. A valid driver’s licence may be useful or required. The successful candidate is expected to deliver genuine hospitality, maintain a polished appearance, work well with Front Office and other departments, protect guest belongings and consistently uphold Mövenpick and Accor service standards.
