Food & Beverage Supervisor

Job Description

The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the daily operation of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquets and room-service functions. The role typically requires hospitality experience, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team during busy periods. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating service, maintaining quality and presentation standards, handling guest requests, managing opening and closing procedures, monitoring stock and cash controls, and following health, safety and responsible-service requirements. The successful candidate is expected to be professional, organised, guest-focused and comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Experience with hotel point-of-sale systems and relevant Australian hospitality certifications, such as RSA, is advantageous.
