AC Technician

Job Description

The AC Technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing air-conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration systems throughout the resort. Candidates should have relevant technical training or a vocational qualification, practical experience with HVAC equipment, and knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred. The role requires the ability to diagnose faults, complete preventive maintenance, respond quickly to guest and operational requests, and follow health, safety and environmental procedures. The successful candidate should be dependable, physically fit, service-minded and comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays. Good communication skills, teamwork and the ability to work independently are also expected.
