FB Sales Manager

Job Description

The FB Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling the hotel’s food and beverage venues, including restaurants, bars, banquets and catering services. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality, business or a related field, with several years of hotel F&B sales or commercial experience. Strong knowledge of Jakarta’s corporate, social and event markets is valuable. The candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, be confident developing client relationships, and be comfortable meeting revenue targets. Professional English is generally expected, while Bahasa Indonesia is highly beneficial. The role also requires teamwork with kitchen, service, events, revenue and marketing departments, accurate sales reporting, customer follow-up and a polished, commercially minded approach.
