The Junior Sous Chef – Chinese Cuisine supports the culinary leadership team in preparing authentic, high-quality Chinese dishes while maintaining consistent taste, presentation and food safety standards. Candidates should have professional experience in Chinese cuisine, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort, with strong knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, kitchen hygiene and food-cost control. The role requires the ability to supervise colleagues, organize mise en place, manage service during busy periods and maintain effective communication with other departments. The successful candidate is expected to be disciplined, creative, team-oriented and flexible, with a professional attitude and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in a remote island resort environment.
