Hotel Manager - ibis Budget Gosford

Job Description

The Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall operation, performance and guest experience of ibis Budget Gosford. Key requirements include previous hotel or accommodation management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, commercial awareness, budgeting ability, and confidence managing front office, housekeeping, maintenance and compliance activities. Familiarity with hotel systems, workplace health and safety, staff scheduling and Australian hospitality standards is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead by example, maintain service quality, support and develop the team, manage costs, resolve guest concerns and contribute to occupancy and revenue targets. Flexibility to work across weekends, public holidays and varied shifts is also expected.
