Job Description

The Duty Manager oversees hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth guest services, effective coordination between departments, and prompt resolution of complaints or operational issues. Candidates typically need hotel or hospitality experience, preferably in front office or guest relations, with supervisory experience in a luxury property. Strong English communication, leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills are expected. Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera, standard operating procedures, and guest recovery practices is advantageous. The successful candidate should be professional, guest-focused, flexible with rotating shifts, and able to remain calm while managing multiple priorities. A relevant hospitality qualification and knowledge of local tourism standards may also be preferred.
