Workplace culture is generally informal, practical and respectful, with emphasis on punctuality, safety, teamwork and clear communication. International applicants usually need a suitable visa, such as an employer-sponsored visa, skilled visa, Working Holiday visa or student visa with work rights; eligibility depends on nationality, occupation, age and qualifications. Before relocating, arrange health insurance, tax and banking details, accommodation and evidence of work rights. Sydney's climate is mild, but summers can be hot.
