Job Description

The Specialty Chef – Bakery is responsible for preparing high-quality breads, pastries, cakes and other bakery products while maintaining consistent taste, presentation and hygiene standards. Candidates should have professional culinary or pastry training and proven experience in a hotel, resort or high-volume bakery, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, food safety and kitchen equipment is expected. The successful candidate should be creative, organized, physically fit and able to work under pressure, including weekends and public holidays. The role also requires teamwork, attention to detail, stock control and compliance with the resort’s quality and safety procedures.
