The Recreation & Sport Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising sports, leisure and recreational activities for resort guests. Requirements typically include previous experience in hotel recreation, sports or guest activities, strong communication skills, good English, basic safety awareness and the ability to lead a team. Experience with swimming, beach activities, fitness sessions or water sports is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to create enjoyable guest experiences, supervise activities safely, maintain equipment, respond professionally to guest requests and coordinate with other resort departments. A friendly, energetic personality, physical fitness, flexibility and willingness to work weekends, public holidays and changing shifts are important.
