Knowledge of food safety, point-of-sale systems, cost control and hotel restaurant procedures is advantageous. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, together with the ability to remain calm during busy service periods. English communication is normally required; Thai language skills and experience in an international resort environment would be beneficial.
