Job Description

The Senior Security Officer is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets while maintaining a welcoming hospitality environment. Duties typically include patrolling the premises, monitoring CCTV and access points, responding to incidents, preparing reports, assisting with emergencies, and supporting fire and life-safety procedures. Candidates should have relevant security or hotel experience, good knowledge of emergency response and basic local regulations, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Supervisory experience, first-aid training and knowledge of Cantonese, English or Mandarin are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to be alert, professional, physically fit, discreet, service-minded and willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
