Security Supervisor

Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, hotel property and assets while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Typical requirements include relevant hotel, security or law-enforcement experience, supervisory ability, good communication skills and knowledge of emergency procedures, access control, incident reporting and local safety regulations. First-aid training, security licences and Cantonese, English or Mandarin capability may be advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead security officers professionally, monitor surveillance and patrols, respond promptly to incidents, support investigations, prepare accurate reports and coordinate with police, emergency services and hotel departments. Shift work, including nights, weekends and public holidays, is normally required. A calm, observant, physically fit and service-minded approach is essential.
