The Service Associate – Engineering (A/C Technician) is responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing air-conditioning and refrigeration systems throughout the hotel. Candidates should have a technical certificate or diploma in air-conditioning, refrigeration or a related engineering field, along with practical experience in hotel, commercial or building maintenance. Knowledge of HVAC equipment, electrical systems, preventive maintenance and safety procedures is expected. The successful candidate should be dependable, physically fit, responsive to guest and operational requirements, and able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Good teamwork, troubleshooting ability, professional conduct and attention to detail are essential.
