Job Description

The Hygiene & Sanitation Executive is expected to maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and sanitation throughout the hotel. Responsibilities typically include conducting inspections, monitoring cleaning and food-handling practices, supporting HACCP and local regulatory compliance, maintaining records, investigating hygiene concerns, and delivering staff training. Candidates should have relevant hotel, food safety, environmental health or quality-control experience, strong attention to detail, good communication skills and knowledge of Singapore food hygiene regulations. A food safety certification and experience in a luxury hospitality environment are advantageous. The successful candidate should be organised, proactive, confident in addressing non-compliance and able to work closely with kitchen, housekeeping and operational teams.
