Job Description

The Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees daily operations across the hotel’s restaurants and outlets, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, hygiene, and smooth coordination with the kitchen and other departments. Candidates should have relevant hospitality or food and beverage experience, strong knowledge of service procedures, and good communication skills. The role typically requires the ability to supervise and motivate staff, manage guest requests and complaints, control operating standards, and support training. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is expected. A professional appearance, customer-focused attitude, attention to detail, and familiarity with hotel systems are important.
