Candidates are generally expected to hold a degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline, with professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred. Several years of tax experience, ideally within a multinational, hospitality or professional-services environment, is normally required. Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness and proficiency in Excel and accounting systems are important.
