The Commis I supports the Main Kitchen team with food preparation, cooking, portioning, plating and maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety. The role requires good knife skills, willingness to learn, physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods. The successful candidate is expected to follow recipes and supervisors’ instructions, keep work areas and equipment clean, minimise waste and cooperate professionally with colleagues. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is essential. Cantonese or English communication skills would be advantageous.
