The Commis II/III – Pastry supports the pastry kitchen with preparing, baking, decorating and presenting breads, cakes, desserts and other products to Shangri-La standards. Candidates should have culinary or pastry training, basic knowledge of baking techniques, food safety and kitchen hygiene, and preferably relevant hotel or bakery experience.
