Job Description

The Service Associate – Engineering (A/C Technician) is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing air-conditioning and refrigeration systems throughout the hotel. Requirements typically include vocational or technical training in refrigeration and air-conditioning, practical experience in hotel engineering or a similar environment, knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and the ability to troubleshoot faults safely. The candidate should be dependable, physically fit, service-minded and willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Good communication, teamwork, attention to detail and compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures are expected.
