Job Description

The Team Leader, Shophouse is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations, coordinating service during shifts, assigning duties, maintaining service standards, and ensuring guests receive attentive and efficient hospitality. Candidates should have previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or similar food-and-beverage environment, with good knowledge of service procedures, hygiene, and guest relations. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and basic leadership skills are expected. The role requires a professional appearance, a positive attitude, flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and the ability to remain calm in a busy operation. Familiarity with Shangri-La service standards and relevant hospitality training would be advantageous.
