Job Description

The Order Taker – In Room Dining receives and accurately records guest food and beverage orders by telephone, explains menu items, confirms special requests, and coordinates with the kitchen and room service team to ensure prompt delivery. Candidates should have strong communication and telephone etiquette, good English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage. Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, or guest service operations is preferred. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, a pleasant manner, and the ability to remain calm during busy periods. Candidates are expected to provide warm, efficient service, maintain accurate order records, follow hygiene and hotel standards, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
